Ordering Terms & Conditions -
  1. All payments are to be made in full prior or upon delivery of the items, unless other wise agreed. All products remain the property of Toy Pupies Are Us until all funds are received in full and / or are cleared.
  2. All prices listed on this Website are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  3. All prices are in Australia Dollars.
  4. Prices are subject to change with out notice.
  5. Errors and omissions excepted.
  6. Toy Puppies Are Us reserves the right not to process and order if the wrong price has been displayed due to technical error, typographical error or the result of unauthorised changing of prices and / or content.
  7. Order conformations are automatically sent to your email address, these are only intended as a list of your purchases. The order confirmation email does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
  8. Orders can't be canceled once the order has been processed.
  9. Orders placed using a Free email account EG. yahoo.com, hotmail.com, msn.com or any other email address not issued by an ISP ( Internet Service Provider ) will not be processed due to the high number of fraudulent purchases that originate from such free email providers.
  10. All email address that bounce, orders will not be processed.
  11. Toy Puppies Are Us reserves the right to: Edit account details, product reviews, cancel orders at it's discretion.
  12. Any fraudulent orders or cheques will result in your account being removed and all relevant information passed on to the authorities.
  13. If in the event that an order is unsuccessfully delivered to a customer after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse where a fee of 20% will be charged on the total amount invoiced to cover the cost of restocking and delivery charges incurred by Toy Puppies Are Us. A redelivery fee of 20% will apply when the items are sent.

    Exceptions to the above may include:

    • Cash - Up to $1000.00 paid in person to our head office ( Please don't send cash through the mail as it will not be accepted )
    • Personal / Bank Cheque - Please make payable to: KJ & J Harris. Items will not be dispatched until all funds are cleared. Please write your Order ID, Name, Address, Driver License, and phone Number on reverse side of the Cheque. Thank you.
    • Money Order - Up to $1000.00. Please make payable to: KJ & J Harris, write your Order ID, Name, Address or the reverse side, Thank You.
    • Direct Deposit - Funds can be directly deposited into our bank account, Please use your Order ID as the reference number and where possible, fax a copy of your receipt to 02 6942 6040 for faster delivery. Details as follows:

How are the products delivered?

Via courier. For this reason, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.Puppies delivered within Australia via Collins Couriers in Wagga Wagga with Australian Air Express which cost $...... for the puppy + $200 which includes freight and cost of puppy carriage (the carriage you can use to take the dog anywhere); or $125.00 for freight and a $75.00 deposit will be taken for the carriage, which will be refunded back to you when we receive the puppy carriage back to us.

No. Currently, we only ship to Australia, we may review this at a latter date.
